Welcome to Carmen Crawls . By booking a pub crawl with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.3. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from Carmen Crawls.

2. Age Restrictions

2.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2.2. Valid identification may be required to verify age.

3. Conduct and Behavior

3.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.

3.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to others or property will result in immediate removal from the pub crawl without a refund.

3.3. Participants are responsible for their own actions and any damages they may cause.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically able to participate.

4.2. Carmen Crawls and all bars associated are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that arise during the pub crawl.

5. Alcohol Consumption

5.1. Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption.

5.2. Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5.3. Participants must comply with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.

6. Itinerary Changes

6.1. Carmen Crawls reserves the right to change the itinerary or venues with prior notice.

6.2. Any changes will be made to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. Cancellation by Participants:

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled start, you will receive a full refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

7.2. Cancellation or Changes by Organizer:

If Carmen Crawls cancels or significantly changes the event, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different date at no additional cost.

8. Liability

8.1. Carmen Crawls and all bars associated are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

8.2. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and any consequences that may arise.

9. Photography and Media

9.1. By participating, you consent to be photographed or filmed during the pub crawl.

9.2. Carmen Crawls reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes.

9.3 If you would like to opt out of being photographed you must do so within 30 minutes of the event start

10. Privacy

10.1. Personal information provided during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
