Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participants:

 

                           Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the pub crawl, you will receive a full refund

 

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Cancellation or Changes by Organizer:

 

           If Valencia Pub Crawl cancels or significantly changes the event (e.g., changes in venue or timing), you will be offered the option to:

 

• Receive a full refund.

• Reschedule to a different date at no additional cost.

3. Special Circumstances:

 

Weather Conditions:

 

In the case of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor pub crawls, you will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

 

You will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.

Refund requests must have confirmation receipt as well as day you are scheduled for .

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your refund request.
